WTC in Manesar: The Force behind a Large Number of Green Measures and Systems

WTCs: Globally Connecting Local Businesses
The World Trade Center in North India is a member of the global network of the WTCs established in more than 100 countries worldwide. The first WTC was developed in New York City in 1969. A year after the World Trade Center’s Association was set up to boost the formation of WTC in other countries across the world. The Spire Edge in Manesar is the active and the newest member of the WTCs. The main reason for setting up of WTC is to help businesses connect globally and proper locally.

First Eco-city in North India
The WTC is North India’s first thoughtfully planned, designed and executed eco-city. AN Buildwell, a reputable real estate development company was entrusted the duty of constructing their multi-storeyed, tall commercial project in Manesar. This region was chosen because of excellent connectivity and potentiality of economic and infrastructural development in the future. Been the first eco-city, the Spire Edge WTC has beautifully maintained miles of green landscapes and vertical landscaping in the outer walls of the Signature Tower. Vertical landscapes help to prevent pollution, smoke, heat, rain and cold from entering inside a building. In this way, such an arrangement helps to keep the inside temperature moderate, 24x7.

Green Technologies and Green Toilets
A wide variety of eco-friendly technologies are implemented in the World Trade Center in North India to bring maximum environmental sustainability. Green toilets are constructed to consume less fresh water. Several energy saving measures are also taken by installing LED lights that consume less power. Arrangements are made to use solar energy for generating electricity and heat. Recycling of bio-wastes and water are also done in the World Trade Center in Manesar. All office spaces and meeting rooms have natural ventilation, heating and cooling systems apart from less power consuming electronic tools and fixtures.
