Ideal
for Bringing Maximum Economic Efficiency
Companies
that are unable to find a suitable solution to increase productivity at the
workplace should think of shifting their base in the World Trade Center (WTC). Also
known as the Spire Edge in Manesar, the WTC complex has a unique working
ambiance for the people to comfortably carry on their daily tasks without any
tension or worries.
Eco-city
Retaining Employees
A
study was conducted on 31 green buildings in USA to find whether eco-friendly
buildings actually help to retain employees and reduce absenteeism or not. The
results of the study showed that green buildings do reduce absenteeism by up to
40% and also help to retain senior employees of various companies. Moreover,
work productivity also gets increased by maximum 7% when working in an
eco-friendly edifice. Companies that have booked office space and have already
started their operations in the Spire Edge in Manesar,
Gurgaon have started noticing positive vibe in the workers leading to generation
of high quality products and boosting of sales over time.
Using
Minimal Energy
One
of the main reasons for global warming is increased burning of fossil fuels and
releasing heat-trapping poisonous greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. This
practice should immediately be eliminated by different industries and instead
energy saving measures should be implemented. In the WTC complex in Manesar,
there is installation of energy saving equipment and systems including solar
panels to trap sunlight and convert it into electricity for various uses. Natural
ventilation system is introduced throughout the complex. Moreover, green
toilets are created with flushes built to release less water. Additionally, recycling
of bio-wastes and used water treatment plants are also set up to conserve maximum
energy.
The
World Trade Center was awarded “World’s best office development” by IPA in
association with CNBC in the year 2009. The building is also LEED Platinum and
Gold certified for implementing various eco-friendly measures.
