The WTC Site in Gurgaon Follows Eco-Friendly Technologies and Amenities

AN Buildwell and WTC Network - leaders in charge!

When it came to building a World Trade Center in North India, one of the leading real estate development companies of India – AN Buildwell was chosen to complete the project. AN Buildwell has previously completed many commercial and residential projects successfully and hence this company was chosen to design and develop the World Trade Center in Manesar.

Structural Design of the WTC

The uniqueness of the WTC building lies in the futuristic design of each block. There are a total of 5 blocks in the WTC site and each of the building has an appealing structural design and finishing.  For example, the Signature Tower in the Spire Edge in Gurgaon has vertical landscaping along with glazing system. Many commercial complexes in the West especially in USA have vertical landscapes done on the outer side of the buildings. Such a kind of structural design consists of static vegetation that is built to protect the complex from heat, water, and smoke. Vertical landscaping helps to keep the environment pollution-free and also helps to maintain optimal temperature within a building. The WTC in Gurgaon also has glazing system to create an open look and feel. Besides, it is very easy to generate space in offices when glazed walls are used.

Eco-friendly Working Ambiance

Many people wonder what could be the secret for the huge success of more than 330 WTCs established in different cities across the world. According to experts, the main reason of success is the introduction of an environment friendly working ambiance. The employees working in various offices in the Spire Edge in Manesar as well as in all other WTCs get maximum comfort.  WTC in Manesar has won many international awards for been India’s first conventional green commercial complex. It is also platinum and gold rated complex recognized by LEED.
